St. Peter's Brewery Co Ltd is pleased to announce that St. Peter's Hall, the historic half-moated Hall that is the centrepiece of the brewery site, will be run by renowned Suffolk catering company Wickedly Good Food, from mid February 2008.
Wickedly Good Foods managing director, Sam Goodbourn, said "St. Peter's Hall is one of Suffolk's best kept secrets and we are delighted to have the opportunity to develop the food, wedding and event business there. Our catering team has over 20 years experience and we are greatly looking forward to creating dishes with the finest local ingredients and delivering the "wow factor" for visitors to the Hall".
St. Peter's Hall will be closed for decoration between the 6th and 13th February before Wickedly Good Foods open on Thursday 14th February, Valentine's Day - totally appropriate for what is probably the most romantic venue in Suffolk.
