St. Peter’s also produces a range of high quality cask beers:
Best Bitter, Organic Best Bitter, Golden Ale, and Grapefruit beer are available in 9 gallon casks.
We also produce a dark Mild (3.7% abv), a classic example of a
beer mild in hops but not in flavour. Sweetness is balanced by bitter
chocolate malt to produce a rare but much sought after traditional
mild.
Our cask beers are available via Waverley Beer Seller and selected
regional wholesalers. Please call the brewery for more information
about your local stockists.
We also have cask beer available for parties and functions for customers who are able to collect. They are available in pins (4.5 gallons) or firkins (9 gallons). Please call the brewery for more details.
