Cask Beers

St. Peter’s also produces a range of high quality cask beers: Best Bitter, Organic Best Bitter, Golden Ale, and Grapefruit beer are available in 9 gallon casks.

We also produce a dark Mild (3.7% abv), a classic example of a beer mild in hops but not in flavour. Sweetness is balanced by bitter chocolate malt to produce a rare but much sought after traditional mild.
