Cask Beers

St. Peter’s also produces a range of high quality cask beers: Best Bitter, Organic Ale, Organic Best Bitter, Golden Ale, Grapefruit beer and Mild are available in 9 gallon casks, along with other seasonal favourites including Cream Stout & India Pale Ale.


Others beers in our range are also produced in casks from time to time.


We also have cask beer available for parties and functions for customers who are able to collect. They are available in pins (4.5 gallons) or firkins (9 gallons). Please call the brewery for more details.





Best Bitter

ABV: 3.7%
Traditional Best Bitter brewed with Pale and Crystal malts and Goldings aroma hops. The result is a St Peters Best Bitterfull-bodied ale with distinctive fruity caramel notes. Contains Barley (Gluten)









Golden Ale

ABV: 4.0%
St Peters Golden AleEnglish Pale malts coupled with Challenger and Goldings hops provide the bitterness and aroma. The result is a highly distinctive light, golden ale similar in character to a full-bodied Czech lager. Contains Barley (Gluten)







Organic Best Bitter

ABV: 4.1%
St Peters Organic BestSoil Association accredited, organically grown malted barley is used to make the mash for this excellent beer. To provide the distinctive fully hopped flavour we add organically grown hops. The result is a unique, full-bodied organic best bitter with a refreshing after-taste, highly commended by the Soil Association. Contains Barley (Gluten)






Organic Ale

ABV: 4.5%
St Peters Organic AleWater is extracted from our own 300’ deep borehole and combined with Soil Association accredited light malted barley from Norfolk. Organic hops provide the distinctive palate. The yeast used is St. Peter’s own single strand variety. The result is a delicate, clean, crisp, lightly carbonated, traditional English Ale with a full ‘citrus hop’ aftertaste. Citrus Beer

ABV: 4.7%
St Peters Fruit BeerWe use our Wheat Beer as a base for this superbly refreshing beer. The zesty/pithy grapefruit is in complete harmony with the hops and malt. Excellent as an apéritif or as a refreshing change. Contains Barley and Wheat (Gluten).
